Rio Palace Spa – Conference Room Rental Policy
Room Details:
- 
Capacity: Up to 13 guests (comfortable seating) 
- 
Location: Rio Palace Spa 
- 
Rate: $100 Mondays to Thursdays 
- 
Fridays to Sundays $150 per hour 
- 
Available For: Private parties, meetings, workshops, and special events. 
Rental Policy and Guidelines
Booking & Payment:
- 
Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. 
- 
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. 
- 
Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the event. 
Cancellation Policy:
- 
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. 
- 
Cancellations made between 48–72 hours in advance will receive a 70% refund. 
- 
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

Time & Overtime Charges:
Any time used beyond the reserved hours will be billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per half-hour.
- 
Setup and cleanup time must be included in the rental period. 
Usage Guidelines:
- 
The room is to be used for private parties, business meetings, or wellness-related gatherings only. 
- 
Maximum occupancy: 15 people. 
- 
No smoking or open flames allowed on the premises. 
- 
Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures. 
Food and Beverage:
- 
Light snacks and beverages are permitted. 
- 
All food waste and trash must be disposed of in designated containers. 
Liability & Damages:
- 
Renters are responsible for any damage to the room or its furnishings. 
- 
A credit card on file may be required for damage deposit purposes. 
Staff Support:
- 
On-site staff will be available during the rental period to assist with basic needs. 
- 
Any special requests must be discussed and approved in advance.
